TOWSON, MD., Feb. 20, 2025 – DEWALT, a Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) brand and leader in total jobsite solutions, today announced the new 60V MAX* Side Handle Detect Small Angle Grinder (DCG418SHD), 20V MAX* Brushless Cordless 4 ½-In. Grinders (DCG407 Slide-Switch and DCG408 Paddle-Switch) and 20V MAX* XR® 7 ¼-In. Metal Cutting Circular Saw (DCS383) each delivering a powerful performance in a wide range of cutting and grinding applications.

60V MAX* Side Handle Detect Small Angle Grinder (DCG418SHD):

As part of the PERFORM & PROTECT™ lineup, this tool is equipped with a variety of control features including a built-in trigger timer and integrated side-handle detect system requiring both hands to operate. It also features an anti-rotation system that senses rotational motion of the tool and shuts down if the motion is excessive. Equipped with a 13-amp brushless motor, the grinder delivers a maximum no-load speed of 9,000 RPM and 2,400 MWO provides up to 30% more power than the corded DWE43114N grinder**.

20V MAX* Brushless Cordless 4 ½-in. Grinders (DCG407 Slide-Switch; DCG408 Paddle-Switch):

Available in both slide-switch and paddle-switch versions, this grinder is equipped with overload protection, accommodating 4 ½-In. wheels and includes both a Type B guard for grinding and a Clip-On Guard to convert the Type B guard for cutting operations.

20V MAX* XR® 7 ¼-In. Metal Cutting Circular Saw (DCS383):

Take on tough applications with our most powerful 20V MAX* metal cutting circular saw^†. The 20V MAX* XR® 7 ¼-In. Metal Cutting Circular Saw features a lightweight design and delivers up to 1,400 MWO of power to help maximize productivity on the job. This tool can complete a variety of applications with a 2 ⅝-In. depth of cut and features an integrated chip collector to help maintain a clean work area.

The DEWALT 60V MAX* Side Handle Detect Small Angle Grinder (DCG418SHD), 20V MAX* Brushless Cordless 4 ½-In. Grinders (DCG407 and DCG408) are available now, the 20V MAX* XR^® Metal Cutting Circular Saw (DCS383) will be available spring 2025.
